Jessica Rivera was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. She is a financial advisor at Washoe Wealth Advisors. She spent seven years in the banking finance industry, building a strong foundation in client service and financial operations. She is passionate about helping clients gain confidence in their financial futures.
Jessica serves on the Board of Caring for Clefts Foundation, where she supports the organization's mission of providing life changing care to children born with cleft lip and palate. She has a passion for helping children and giving back to the community. She is proud to help create opportunities for children and families to receive the care and support they deserve.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys leading an active lifestyle. A former competitive powerlifter, she earned the title of Best Overall Lifter at her 2021 competition. She enjoys working out, cooking healthy meals, and spending time with her friends, family, and her two dogs.

Board Certified, Diplomate American Board of Pediatric Dentistry
Dr. McGinley, a Reno native, received her DDS degree from the prestigious University of Michigan School of Dentistry, and her certification in Pediatric Dentistry from Children’s Hospital Colorado. She has gone the extra mile to become a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist to ensure the most appropriate pediatric dental care. Dr. McGinley an active chair member and delegate to the Nevada Dental Association and is involved in advocacy for Nevada dental care. Dr. McGinley specializes in treating patients with special health care needs, including those with craniofacial anomalies and infants with cleft lip and palate. She enjoys working with kids of all ages and helping them growing into a happy, healthy smile.

I started my business in February of 2019 as a way to help other small businesses develop their financial confidence. I believe small business owners are great at what they do but not so great at bookkeeping, which takes time away from doing what they love and possibly hinders growth. If I can give someone back their time, that’s more valuable than money. I also love coaching and teaching others how to budget and pay themselves first.
I have a passion for budgeting and numbers, and unfortunately, financial literacy is not often taught in schools or at home. I feel very strongly that everyone should know how money and finances work, how they affect you, and how to use money without going into debt. And I’m also a personal-development junkie who loves learning new things about money and growing my wealth.
